Dear Friends of Israel and the Jewish People,
At this time of crisis for Israel, two rallies are occurring in New York:
1) Sunday, October 18 at 5:00 pm: Support Israel Rally in Times Square at W. 48th and Broadway.
A grass-roots group connected to Israelis in the United States is organizing this rally.

2) A rally to counter an anti-Israel event promoting boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) against Israel will be taking place in the Town Hall of Greenburgh, Westchester, N.Y. at 117 Hillside Ave. on October 19th at 5:30, one hour before the BDS event. Greenburgh is not far from Scarsdale! New Rochelle! White Plains! Urge those who live in those areas, especially, to contact their community leaders and urge them to attend and encourage others to come. Some positive news:
Congresswoman Kathleen Rice (D-NY) announced her co-sponsorship of House Resolution 293 which unequivocally condemns the recent attacks against Israelis and calls on Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to do the same and discourage any future acts of violence. The resolution also directs the U.S. Dept. of State to monitor and publish information on all official PA incitement against Jews and Israel.
The Family Research Council, International Leaders Summit and National Religious Broadcasters are co-hosting the first U.S. Presidential Candidate Forum to be held in the state of Israel and focused on issues of mutual interest and concerns as well as economic, foreign, defense and cultural policy.
