Although, Alan Hirsch, President Emeritus of Congregation Bnai Israel for the past 25+years, Publisher of The Vues, recently retired and had the zchus to realize his lifetime dream of making Aliyah with his wife Barbara, he refuses to take it easy, sit back and relax while there are those who struggle to make Pesach.
Alan continues his avodas hakodesh going from Shul to Shul raising money to pay for the literally tons of quality meat, poultry, matzah,1000s of bottles of grape juice, wine, sweets, vegetables plus a bonus check so that these families can get anything else they individually need. He does all this so that when Pesach arrives these families can enjoy a beautiful chag.
Alan, as he does every year has already committed to purchasing all these items on behalf of these families.
