Subject: Re: BDS ANTI-ISRAEL HATEFEST CANCELLED!!!
Thank God with everyone's dedication to confront and protest the anti-Israel BDS event it was just confirmed that it was cancelled!

We have decided to still hold a rally because it'll be impossible to tell everyone not to come, as it's gone viral.

But we're going to have the rally as a big thank you to the members of the community that spoke up against giving a platform to those who praise the murder of Jews in the Holy Land, and decided they don't want these Jihad supporters in their church. Families stood up at the church meeting tonight against this.

The theme of the rally will be a little bit of light of truth and goodness dispels the darkness of ignorance and jihad, and a big thank you to the church community for standing with the nation of Israel against the jihad.

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob blesses those that bless the people of Israel and curses those that curse the people of Israel will be our message.

What a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the victory of goodness and light!

Background: the church Vestry/Board of Directors and Pastor Juan initially hadn't done enough research on the speakers when one of the board members booked the event in the church. When the pastor saw how much this could hurt the church and how the majority of the board members are against it he canceled it.  Apparently families in the community complained when they learned details about the speakers.

Special thanks to all my friends: Melissa Landa Karen Lichtbraun Sergey Kadinsky, and an important member of the church who brought the light of truth to people who had no idea that they were about to host those that praised the murderers of our Jewish people in our Holy Land, and many more who helped spread the word, wrote letters, published articles, and stood by our little community here in Astoria against the BDS Jihad.

Bringing in G-d by Ben Stein. Must Read!!!

Remarks on CBS on Sunday morning.

Bsd

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited

by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary.

My confession:

I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from, that America is an explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the Constitution and I don't like it being shoved down my throat...

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren't allowed to worship God as we understand Him? I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny, it's intended to get you thinking.
In light of recent events... terrorists attack, school shootings, etc.. I think it started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school... The Bible says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they misbehave, because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's son committed suicide). We said an expert should know what he's talking about.. And we said okay..

Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Are you laughing yet?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it.

Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us.

Pass it on if you think it has merit.

If not, then just discard it... no one will know you did. But, if you discard this thought process, don't sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is in.

My Best Regards, Honestly and respectfully,

Ben Stein

If you're going to be in New York on Tuesday please show up to this event. We are asking you to please send this information to your constituents. It is critical that we show up in large numbers. Dov Hikind confirmed his presence and is urging people to come!

CALL TO ACTION - Attend, Confront, and Protest!

to help us cover our expenses:

Palestinian Expulsion and Resistance
Causes event in Astoria by NYC Democratic Socialists of America on Tuesday, May 14 2019with 124 people interested.

On Tuesday evening, May 14, at 6pm, there is an event that is "Celebrating Palestinian Resistance" happening in our neighborhood of Astoria, Queens, that we, the small Jewish community of Astoria, are galvanizing the NY Jewish and pro-Israel community to join us in confronting. We were told by the organizer, Caleb Dejong, who is a member of the board of the church, that our "opinions won't be welcome at this event", and that "saying controversial things about Palestine won't be tolerated"

It is time for the Jewish community, and all pro-Israel Americans, to confront this grass roots propaganda campaign that aims at turning Americans against the 6 and half million Jews of the Holy Land. We cannot continue to be silent while these Jew-haters are rising up all over college campuses, mosques and churches across the world and here in the United States.
The small Jewish community here in Astoria needs your help. The horrible Israel-bashing pro-Arab terrorism event will unfortunately take place in the Redeeemer Episcopal Church in Astoria, Queens at 3014 Crescent street, Astoria, NY 11102from 6-9pm.  https://www.facebook.com/events/319732518712440/?ti=as

The event is described as "Palestinian Expulsion and Resistance: The Nakba, BDS, and the Great Return March. Timed to coincide with the Nakba, or the catastrophe, where the Palestinian people were expelled from their ancestral home, this event will focus on education about the Nakba, current sanction movements including Boycott, Disinvest and Sanction (BDS), No Way to Treat a Child and the Great Return March." The panel discussion will be from 6-8pm.

The speakers are Raja Abdulhaq, ( https://canarymission.org/individual/Raja_Abdulhaq ) who openly supports killing innocent Jews in Israel and calls Hamas a movement engaging in legitimate resistance.
and Nerdeen Kiswani, ( https://canarymission.org/individual/Nerdeen-Mohsen_Kiswani/ )president of the New York City chapter of the so-called "Students for Justice in Palestine" (SJP) group, who publicly praised an Arab terrorist's truck-ramming attack in Jerusalem on January 8, 2017, which killed four Israeli soldiers (two of whom were American citizens) and wounded 17 others.  The terrorist, who lived in eastern Jerusalem, drove into a group of soldiers who were on an educational trip, and then reversed and drove back over the bodies after he hit them to ensure their deaths.  In a Facebook post Kiswani chastised those who condemned this murderous terror attack, claiming "no apology [for the attack was] needed."  Instead, Kiswani publicly praised Palestinian Arabs who rejoiced over the attack and gave out sweets to celebrate it, describing their actions as "the biggest 'F you'" to "settlers."

It is being advertised on social media and according to the pastor, it will be packed. We want to bring people who are passionate and knowledgeable about Israel to the event to ask questions, give facts, give out leaflets about the speakers and the situation in Gaza, Judea and Samaria, and stage a protest outside. We'd like to reach the community and get the word out that we need you to be there and support us to confront this libelous event happening right here in Queens, NY in our backyard.

Join us to bring the light of truth to this event of lies and darkness right in our neighborhood. We will meet beforehand to discuss strategy at the event. This is a dangerous phenomenon that is exposing unsuspecting Americans to vile slander against the Jews of our Holy Land.

Please contact me so that the pro-Israel community can come to Astoria and help us.

Zelig Krymko

Dov Hikind will be there with us.

To Be Continued?

A dozen US rabbis from across the major denominations met Wednesday morning with the publisher and editorial page editor of The New York Times regarding the anti-Semitic cartoon it published and its general coverage of Israel.

The 90 minute meeting was organized through the New York Board of Rabbis. Rabbi Joseph Potasnik, the group's executive vice president, said A.G. Sulzberger and James Bennet, the publisher and editorial page editor, "owned the problem" of the cartoon being anti-Semitic.

AFSI applauds the New York Board of Rabbis for initiating this important meeting. However, we know all too well that change lies solely in the hands of The New York Times so that their disgraceful 120 year history of anti-Semitism can be reversed.
When Will They Learn?
The European Union as Enabler

The latest report from Palestinian Media Watch reveals that the European Union has decided to help the PA and its leader Mahmoud Abbas to continue paying salaries to terrorists by pledging to give the PA 15 million euros to cover salaries for public employees - the very salaries Abbas cut in order to keep up the PA's financial rewards to terrorists.

The EU's decision is contradictory to its recent announcement that it's against payment of salaries to terrorists. Doesn't the EU realize that their recent decision enables payment of monies to terrorists?
