THE PARK SLOPE FASCIST COOP

On Sunday, April 10, a hearing was held at the Park Slope Food Coop, and four pro-Israel activists, members of the Coop for over one-hundred years collectively, were suspended from the PSFC for one year. Their terrible crime was trying to prevent the BDS (Boycott, Divest and Sanctions.) from again presenting their hateful, anti-Israel rhetoric from being presented at the monthly General Meeting attended by about four-hundred active members. BDS is an avowed anti-Israel, ant-semitic movement that is fomenting acts against Jews around the world. Several universities have experienced hateful incidents against Jewish students.
The Park Slope Food Coop has been a Park Slope institution for over forty-five years. With a membership of almost 17,000 it is the second biggest coop in the country and a model for other grocery coops.
A small group of BDS members have tried to get the Coop to not carry any Israeli products. Seven years ago, a meeting with over 2,000 members was held at Brooklyn Technical High School, to vote on whether to join a boycott against Israel. The proposal was voted down by an overwhelming majority. The BDS people continue to push their agenda at the Coop. Every time they try to get a proposal to boycott Israel, it is shot down.
A proposal to stop BDS from using the PSFC newsletter, The Gazette, and the General Meeting that is held once a month, has been sent to the Agenda Committee, several times
Over the past several years. The AG committee, which sends the proposals to the General Meeting, has refused to act on the proposal. Obviously, the AG committee and the management of the Coop is sympathetic to the BDS, and abrogates their responsibility to the members at large, by having their own anti-Israel BDS position interfere with the fulfillment of their assigned duties.
The action of the AG, the Disciplinary Committee that brought charges against the four members and the Hearing Officer Committee that handed down this draconian penalty operates with a fascist philosophy.

Meir Ettinger, held in administrative detention for more than seven months 

Meir Ettinger, a "rightwing" activist and grandson of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane, imprisoned for more than seven months for unspecified reasons, submitted an appeal last Thursday, asking the court to order the prison service to let him leave today (Monday 4/4), in order to participate in his son's brit milah.

Ettinger was never a suspect in the deadly Duma arson, but has been held without charge under administrative detention for unspecified reasons for more than seven months.

Yesterday the Be'er Sheva district court judge rejected the petition to release him from his administrative detention for just several hours to attend the brit.

As the article states, "Dangerous criminal prisoners go out on vacations and Meir Ettinger is behind lock and key without an indictment submitted against him, only for his ideological positions and not for a specific danger he poses, and therefore there is no reason to prevent his release to the brit milah."

In today's Times of Israel, it was reported that the brit was held in a Jerusalem synagogue, without Ettinger being present as he was called a security threat to the public.
Jewish extremist remains in jail as son is circumcised (note: the headline is TOI's wording.)

This is a sad day for Israel and the Israeli judicial system, when an individual held in detention without being charged, is withheld the right and sacred duty to attend his son's brit. Murderers and other dangerous criminals go on vacation, soldiers are prohibited from shooting at terrorists...what is going on here? This has the smell of political correctness and looks like kowtowing to the false g-d of liberalism.

This is nothing less then another thwarted Blood Libel.  Let us continue to protest the innocent and righteous Jewish Youth,  Amiram ben Uliel and Elisha Odess who were framed with the Duma Blood Libel against them.  Let us not stop until they are released. Let us continue to raise awareness and demand that Meir Ettinger the grandson of Rabbi Meir Kahane is either charged with a crime and has a fair trial or else released.  He is being held in high security cell in isolation under Administrative Detention and innocent righteous Jewish kids are now under house arrest based on trumped up charges.

 Price Tag Vandalism was Libel  spread against the Hilltop Youth that has mushroomed into the false Blood Libel and slander of them being "Jewish Terrorists".  It is has been spread in the media and by the likes of Obama, the UN, the EU and the media.  This slander is then spread by those on the payroll of the Israeli gov't  pressured by the latter and this group includes high profile credible Rabbinic Leaders. It's horrible and it must stop!  

Jailing an IDF soldier for doing his job in defending Israel is another example of the enemies of Israel trying to get Jews to turn against their own, B'Tselem is behind this.  It greatly weakens Israel by either bribing or blackmailing.   Jewish Leaders, political or spiritual  are most at risk of being targeted to be today's modern day Miraglim.  I truly do not envy Jewish Leaders beholden to others who do not have Israel's best interest in mind.

(Investigators find no evidence that Israeli settlers graffitied, then set fire to the home of a West Bank man.)

A "Palestinian" who claimed to be the victim of a hate crime, reporting earlier this month that Jewish settlers had torched his West Bank home, was found to have fabricated the story, police said Tuesday.

Military prosecutors have opened an investigation into the report filed by the man, who now faces charges of obstruction of justice, making false claims to authorities and violating public order, according to a statement from police.

The story is also covered in Arutz Sheva: Palestinian fabricated 'Jewish terror attack', now faces charges.


How many of these so-called "price tag" attacks against Arabs were concocted or self-inflicted by those very Arabs? How many innocent Jews have been, and still are, illegally imprisoned based on absolutely no evidence, and with no rights? Why do the Israeli authorities arrest innocent Jews with relish, refusing to acknowledge a lack of evidence against them? And most shamefully, those Jews who condemn their own people in a lock-step action, joining the chorus of Israel's enemies simply to pander to the accusers, must do a mea-culpa. AFSI has always insisted on believing in the rule of "innocent until PROVEN guilty." Too many of our politically correct "lemmings" race to accuse their fellow Jews. We urge our people to stand with their brothers and sisters in Israel. Show them we are with them in actions and words of support.

Obama and the U.N. - Enemies of Israel

 
As we've reported in several posts since Purim, last week AFSI led a Megillah reading at the Isaiah Wall opposite the U.N. to celebrate Purim while calling out the UN for the racist, anti-Israel institution that it is.

Today, there is an article in ForeignPolicy.com (Fearing Trump, U.N. Embraces the Art of the Deal) with a revealing quote. The article is about the fear world leaders have about a possible Trump presidency. Given that possibility, they state that the U.N. should implement everything it can in 2016 while Obama is still president. Why?

European governments, in particular, see the adoption of a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning Israeli settlements or sketching a political road map for a Palestinian state as the major prize. They are also seeking U.S. support at a summit on migration that will be held at U.N. headquarters in September. 

"Everything that we can do in 2016 we should do in 2016 because we know what we're dealing with," said a senior U.N. diplomat who favors Security Council action in the coming months on an Israel-Palestine resolution. "In the Obama administration, we have ... the most pro-U.N. administration that any of us can remember."

The logic is irrefutable
If A: Obama leads the most pro-U.N. American administration in history.
and B: The U.N. is a racist, anti-Israel body.
then C: Obama is racist and anti-Israel.
