Illegal
Finally exposed: Illegal EU building on Israeli land

Illegal EU building on Israeli land

It looks like the substance finally hit the fan in Great Britain. As written in today's Daily Mail (UK):

The EU is claiming diplomatic immunity after using taxpayers' money to build unauthorised settlements and roads on Israeli parts of the West Bank, MailOnline can reveal.

An Israeli NGO launched legal action after photographing EU flags flying above buildings on land placed under Israeli jurisdiction by the Oslo Accords, to which the EU is a signatory. EU bureaucrats are avoiding court by citing diplomatic rules.

The buildings, which are given to Palestinians, are intended to 'pave the way' for more land to be brought under Palestinian control, according to official EU papers. Many are bulldozed by Israel only for the EU to repeatedly rebuild them, generating more costs for the taxpayer.

Leaked documents obtained by MailOnline show that the EU - which receives £350million per week from Britain - is using diplomatic rules to place officials above the law, foiling attempts to hold bureaucrats accountable.

AFSI has written about this major problem numerous times, and thanks to Ari Briggs and the Regavim organization, this illegal EU activity is finally getting the exposure it needs to.

Please read the entire article linked above, see the photos, maps and video to understand the extent of this egregious criminal activity undertaken by the EU in Israeli territory.

********************************* THIS JUST IN  *******************************

Yesterday we wrote about that wasteland taking up space on New York City's east side called the United Nations. Their actions and deliberations defy the logic of sane people, and calling that entity a bastion of hypocrisy lets them off easy.

As we all know, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon wants to strip Israel of its ancestral homeland in Judea and Samaria, and the security that it brings, and force Israel to uproot hundreds of thousands of its citizens and hand the land over to the "Palestinian" Arabs for the creation of another fascistic, dictatorial, corrupt and dangerous Arab state, within the heartland of Israel (aka, the "Two State Solution").

Today, Israel declared that 234 hectares of practically empty land along the Jordan Valley in Area C within Israeli jurisdiction to be state land, thus making it available for development. Of course, our courageous and oh-so-wise UN Secretary-General was not too happy, and urged Israel to 'reverse its "confiscation" of land in Judea and Samaria, describing the decision as "an impediment to the two-state solution" that calls to divide Israel'.

So, what do we have? On one hand, we have the Europeans helping the poor, oppressed "Palestinian" Arabs to build thousands of illegal structures on Israeli land without so much of a peep from the UN. On the other we have the UN going wild and crazy over the announcement that Israel has declared several hundred acres of its own land as state land.

Hypocrisy reigns.
